2024 YKS New Registration Announcement

ABOUT WOMEN OVER 34 YEARS OF AGE
Those who are placed in a higher education programme by taking advantage of the quota reserved for women who have completed the age of 34 in 2024-YKS registration procedures, those who are found to have graduated from any undergraduate programme and those who are found to have graduated from an associate degree programme for those who are placed in associate degree programmes will not be registered by the relevant higher education institution. These candidates will lose all rights arising from the placement.

1. THOSE WHO WANT TO REGISTER ELECTRONICALLY VIA E-GOVERNMENT
2024 Students who are placed in the programmes of our university with ÖSYS will be able to register via e-government between 19-21 August 2024.

• Online registration is not compulsory for the student but optional.
  
• Candidates who want to register online will be able to log in to https://www.turkiye.gov.tr with their e-government passwords and register from the Presidency of the Council of Higher Education section.
  
• Students who register via e-government do not need to come to our University for registration.
  
  

2. THOSE WHO WILL REGISTER AT THE UNIVERSITY REGISTRATION PLACES (19-23 August 2024)
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION AT REGISTRATION PLACES:

1. High school diploma or graduation certificate (for control purposes)
   
2. For male students over 28 years of age, Military Service Status Certificate to be obtained from the military service branches
   
3. For our students who have won the Erbaa Vocational School Private Security and Protection Programme: 2024 STUDENT SELECTION AND PLACEMENT SYSTEM (ÖSYS) HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAMMES AND PLACEMENTS GUIDE ‘s special conditions numbered 2 in the relevant registration place in accordance with the special conditions must come in person and make the final registration.
   
4. For our students who have won the Niksar Vocational School Civil Defence and Firefighting Programme: 2024 STUDENT SELECTION AND PLACEMENT SYSTEM (ÖSYS) HIGHER EDUCATION PROGRAMMES AND PLACEMENTS GUIDE ‘s special condition numbered 9 in accordance with the special condition numbered 9 must come to the relevant registration place in person and make the final registration.
