Visit by Accounting and Tax Department Students to the Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Central Campus

First- and second-year students from the Accounting and Tax Applications Program at Turhal Vocational School visited the Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Central Campus on October 5, 2026, for academic and professional development purposes.

As part of the program, the students visited the Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Technopark building and attended conferences held there. Following the conferences, they had the opportunity to tour the Technofest exhibition area within the Technopark and examine the projects and works on display.

The program continued with a visit to the university's Psychological Counseling and Guidance (PDR) Center. There, the students attended meetings regarding the services and activities provided and gained information about the center's facilities and operations.

Another stop on the visit itinerary was the Career Planning Center. During the session guided by Lecturer Dr. Aslı Şensoy, comprehensive information was shared regarding career planning, fields of work, and professional development. Through the session, the students gained valuable insights into education and how to plan their careers following their university studies.

At the conclusion of the program, the students attended a luncheon held at the Social Facilities on the Tokat Gaziosmanpaşa University Central Campus. The excursion and visit program ended following the meal.

It was noted that these visits significantly contributed not only to the students' academic and professional development but also to their understanding of the technological, social, and career-oriented initiatives offered by the university.
