TURHAL MYO PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACTIVITIES 2023/3 ‘E-TRANSFORMATION PROCESS AND ACCOUNTING PROFESSION’

Financial Advisor Melih Sağıroğlu, who is also the Chairman of the Education and Legislation Board of Tokat Chamber of Certified Public Accountants, was our guest within the scope of ‘Professional Development Activities’.

Our interview, which started with the introduction of the Financial Consultancy professions, started with Sağıroğlu's brief information about the e-transformation process and the elements of the process. He emphasised that the changes that will occur in the e-transformation process will reshape the existing qualified personnel deficit in terms of both quality and quantity. The interview, which continued with the expected changes in the profession, was completed by talking about the planned collaborations. Sağıroğlu, whom we plan to host in our School if formal education starts, promised our students that he will also provide trainings on E-Transformation Process and E-Accounting Applications, which is his area of expertise, in line with the demands of our students.

Sağıroğlu, who is a graduate of TOGÜ İİBF, also gave important information to our students and graduates about what should be done while taking career steps in the Financial Consultancy and accounting sector. While emphasising the importance of setting the right goal and never giving up on your goals, he also added that it is necessary to gain work experience and make good use of internship opportunities.
